1. Services

• LDOC.in provides an online platform for users ("Patients") to connect with registered medical practitioners ("Doctors") for tele-consultations.
• The Platform is not a substitute for emergency medical services. For emergencies, please call 108 or visit the nearest hospital.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Tele-consultation is based on the information you share.
• LDOC.in and its doctors will not be responsible for any outcome due to incomplete, misleading, or false information provided by the patient.
• Prescriptions, if provided, shall comply with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.

4. Payments & Fees

• Consultation fees are displayed before booking and must be paid in advance.
• Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway.

5. User Obligations

• Do not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Do not record, publish, or misuse consultations without consent.
• Respect doctors and staff; abusive behavior will lead to termination of access.

6. Doctor Obligations

• Only doctors registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC) may consult patients.
• Doctors must follow ethical and professional standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

LDOC.in is a technology platform and is not liable for:

• Accuracy of medical advice
• Delays or technical errors in services
• Third-party service interruptions

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
