Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

At LDOC.in, we aim to ensure the best possible experience. However, refunds may be provided in the following cases as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

1. Full Refund (100%)

  • If the consultation is not initiated due to technical issues on our side
  • If the doctor cancels or fails to attend the session
  • If there are server downtime issues preventing consultation

2. Partial Refund (50%)

  • If the consultation is cut short due to technical disruptions (at our end)
  • If the consultation duration is significantly less than expected due to platform issues

3. No Refund

  • If the patient fails to attend the scheduled consultation
  • If the patient provides incomplete or misleading information
  • If the consultation was successfully completed
  • If the patient cancels within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment

4. Refund Process

Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business working days to the original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before appointment
  • 50% Refund: 2-24 hours before appointment
  • No Refund: Less than 2 hours before appointment

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds:

  • First, contact our customer support team
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Jurisdiction: Courts in India
